After years of struggling with my own health issues, I found myself chasing solutions everywhere—trying one diet after another, adding supplements, and searching endlessly for answers from both conventional medicine and complementary practices. Each new approach brought hope, but so often, it left me with more questions than clarity. Over time, I came to realize something essential: true health isn’t found in a quick fix. It’s not just about what we eat or the pills we take—it’s about how we live, how we care for ourselves day to day, and how deeply we connect with our body, mind, and spirit
This realization led me to a new path—one rooted in curiosity, healing, and transformation. I became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a Certified Aromatherapist, and a yoga instructor so I could bring together the tools and wisdom that had supported me in my own journey. My approach is holistic and compassionate, weaving together nutrition, mindfulness, movement, and self-care practices to help women in mid-life create lasting changes in their health and in their lives.
Today, I have the privilege of guiding women with my one-on-one coaching program designed to support every season of life. My mission is to empower women to feel strong, vibrant, and deeply connected—to themselves and to the world around them. Together, we focus on small, sustainable shifts that create big transformations, so that health feels not like a struggle, but a way of life filled with energy, joy, and purpose.
